The Values Report
The Values Report presents the results of interviews with senior leaders and managers from across the Victorian public sector about the challenges and benefits of applying the public sector values and employment principles.
Some of the key themes reported include:
- The value of having values
- The relationship between the public sector values and organisational values
- The need for leadership; and
- Embedding values - the carrot or the stick?
The report provides public sector leaders and managers with an opportunity to consider their approach to the public sector values in light of the reflection of their peers.
